        Being the forerunner in telecare products and service supplier, Trigiants has just started its new product portfolio by adding LTE Cat-1 devices, including mobile phones, trackers and wearables. This is a new direction for the company strategy. 

        As 2G (GSM) and 3G are phasing out in many countries and regions, 4G-LTE is becoming the mainstream now. Vodafone has already closed its 3G service while kept 2G (GSM) for a longer time due to iot and m2m business.

      The very first model is a LTE tracker for senior people. It has a always-on display showing the time, which is very convinenet for the user. Other functions include: GPS/Wifi positioning for indoor and outdoor use, home beacon, connection with wearables, fall detection, cradle charger. This model will first be launched in Europe in Q2 2023, then other continents after that. As we have our ready server and App, it is easier for clients to launch the product/service in a speedy way.

        Another model of LTE Cat-1 is a flipper phone with video call, this is an outstanding function for senior people staying alone. This phone also comes with other functions like stream radio, weather forecast, voice command etc. This model was first launched in Israel end of 2022, then in Europe and other continents in 2023.

       Trigiants has been working on the telecare for the last 10+ years. Since 5 years ago, it alocates the resources to tracker, wearable etc apart from its original mobile phone line. With its own cloud server establishment 2 years ago, the company reinforce the tracking, health and security monitoring services to senior people, kids, and to pet as well.
